Hello I’m Faye; an independent Housing Standards Consultant. I specialise in property compliance/HHSRS inspections, fire risk assessments, training, accreditation, advice and property standards in the private rented sector.
I have over 14 years experience working within housing standards; 11 of which were at Unipol Student Homes, where I developed and managed the student housing accreditation scheme.
I set up my own consultancy in 2018 and have enjoyed developing my business and skillset since then, including acting as a consultant to DASH Services.
I successfully completed a Fire Risk Assessment training course in October 2020 and have since achieved a Level 3 qualification in Fire Risk Assessments.
The services that I offer to landlords and agents are as follows:

- Advice on compliance with local or national housing legislation
