Office Manager

Adeela Ahmed has been an invaluable member of the EMPO team for over 16 years, serving as our Office Manager. With her extensive experience, Adeela ensures the smooth running of the association, overseeing daily operations and maintaining efficient office practices. In addition to her managerial duties, she actively assists with the helpline, providing members with essential support and guidance. Adeela is also instrumental in organising and coordinating EMPO’s training courses, helping to equip our members with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. Her dedication and expertise make her a cornerstone of our organisation.

Area Manager (Leicestershire & Lincolnshire)

Hannah Cleaver joins EMPO as the Leicestershire and Lincolnshire Area Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in the Lettings and Management Industry. Vicki Hextall

Area Manager (Nottingham & Derby)

Vicki Hextall has been appointed as the EMPO Area Manager for Nottingham & Derby. With more than 30 years of experience in property sales and lettings across Nottinghamshire and Cheshire, Vicki brings a wealth of knowledge to the role. Her expertise in landlord relations and the experience in the property industry makes her a valuable addition to our team. Vicki is committed to supporting landlords and letting agents across Nottingham & Derby with the aim to educate as many property professionals as possible about EMPO and the invaluable service it provides to their members.
