Selective Licensing in Mansfield
Mansfield District Council is committed to improving housing and property management standards in our town. To achieve this, we have introduced Selective Licensing in targeted areas. These areas are as found in this document.

License Applications
Mansfield Selective Licensing scheme is now in force. It is an offence not to have a licence for privately rented properties within the designated area, MDC may seek enforcement for those landlords who do not comply.
As an EMPO certified member you will receive £100 discount off the licence fee, receive FREE access to the mandatory landlord training worth £85 and, for a limited time, get £15 off you EMPO membership fee.
