Established in 2014 as Heather Watson Operational Services, we rebranded to Arendelle Ltd. in January 2020. Our company provides tailored administrative services to private landlords seeking assistance in organizing their operations. We also specialize in landlord bookkeeping, utilizing up-to-date software to comply with HMRC requirements.

Our founder, Heather, began her professional journey in office administration at the age of fifteen, working during summer breaks. After completing college, she landed her first full-time role in administration and accounts. Over the years, Heather has gained extensive expertise in various aspects of back-office support across multiple sectors, including finance, local government, banking, recruitment, retail, construction, estate agency, and sports. She has played a pivotal role in numerous business start-ups, providing her knowledge and support every step of the way. With years of experience in senior positions such as Office Manager, Finance Manager, Company Secretary, Operations & Sales Director, and Managing Director, no challenge is too difficult for her to resolve.

While managing her brother’s rental property administration and adapting to new legislation changes, Heather recognized the need for a dedicated support service for private landlords. Thus, a separate entity was formed to handle their administration and bookkeeping needs, implementing timely procedures to ensure landlords meet their obligations, deadlines, and accounting responsibilities.
