EMPO regularly host a series of FREE to attend landlord forums and affordable training courses where there will be an opportunity to find out about all the latest regulations impacting private sector housing including the latest updates around changes to landlord taxation and possession.

We are holding regional advice clinic for Landlords who have questions on the Renter’s Rights Bill and may need advice or guidance.
Join us at the EMPO offices in Lenton on November 28, 2025 at 11am – 2pm.
Attendance to this clinic is strictly by appointment only and all tickets must be booked online.
This event is FREE for EMPO members but a £25 charge will be applied for non-members, all tickets will be varified by the EMPO team once booked.
Once your tickets is secured, each attendee will be given a time slot where you will receive a dedicated short one on one session with an EMPO representative who can answer any questions you have on the Renters’ Rights Act or sign-post you to the help you need.

This clinic is to answer questions and give advice on the legislation changes under the Renters’ Rights ACT only. Our members have access to 2 FREE helplines for advice with all other tenancy related matters.
You are welcome to pay for access to the clinic or join prior to booking your ticket.
