EMPO regularly host a series of FREE to attend landlord forums and affordable training courses where there will be an opportunity to find out about all the latest regulations impacting private sector housing including the latest updates around changes to landlord taxation and possession.

EMPO are holding a number of smaller local landlord liaison events around the East Midlands giving our members and local landlords the opportunity to discuss the changes the Renters’ Rights act will bring.
These informal, discussion-based sessions will give attendees the opportunity to voice their concerns, gain additional formation advice and support.
The morning sessions will be by ticket only and available via the link up to 2 days prior to the event. EMPO members will attend for FREE and any non-members are also welcome for a small fee.
