Attend the Leicester Landlord Forum at the Peepul Centre. This event will feature updates from Leicester City Council on selective and additional licensing, a crucial topic for all landlords. Additionally, there will be a presentation addressing damp and mould issues, providing practical advice on prevention and remediation. Phil Walker from PIB will discuss landlord insurance, followed by an accountant’s presentation on the best strategies for securing your portfolio within a business or LTD company structure.
