EMPO regularly host a series of FREE to attend landlord forums and affordable training courses where there will be an opportunity to find out about all the latest regulations impacting private sector housing including the latest updates around changes to landlord taxation and possession.

Vicki Hextall, our area manager for Nottingham and Derby will be speaking about the Renters Rights Act at Ashfield District Council’s Landlord Information Event on December 5, 2025 from 12:30 pm to 6:30 pm, at the council’s Urban Road Offices.
This event will include a variety of free talks from the council’s partners and other local groups.
