East Staffordshire Borough Council, in association with EMPO, is pleased to invite landlords with properties within the East Staffordshire area to attend our upcoming Landlord Forum.

This forum will provide important updates and practical guidance on key legislative and regulatory changes affecting landlords.

The agenda will include:

• Selective Licensing Scheme Update – presented by the Council’s Environmental Health Team, outlining the proposed new scheme, what it means for landlords, and next steps.
• Overview of the Renters’ Rights Act – delivered by Vicki Hextall of EMPO, covering the key changes in legislation and how landlords can prepare.
• Warm Home Plan & EPC C Update – presented by Gareth Clarke of Talk Green, providing guidance on energy efficiency requirements and future standards.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and engage directly with the speakers.
