This essential course covers:

• Pre-tenancy issues, including accreditation and permissions
• Responsibilities and liabilities of the landlord/letting agent, such as HHSRS, Gas and Electrical Safety
• Setting up a tenancy, including tenancy agreements, deposits, and the Immigration Act 2014
• During the tenancy, including periodic visits and changing tenancy terms
• Ending a tenancy
