We do not sell property, we are a lettings only business. Being small and independent means we do not charge VAT on top of our fees, saving our clients 20%!

We only take on private landlords; our business is based on relationships and recommendations.

Our portfolio is varied, comprising of inner city and suburban properties as well as some luxury pads. We have a refreshing equal opportunities policy that does not discriminate on the grounds of ethnic background/race, nor do we discriminate against the unwaged. However, we do insist on all tenants providing a property-owning guarantor who will pass a credit check.
