Sulets is a leading student lettings agency in Leicester, and still expanding thanks to being the first choice for many students. We are a unique organisation, a charity jointly owned by De Montfort and Leicester Students' Unions and the only lettings agency trusted by both Students Union.
Our mission is to raise standards in student housing across Leicester by promoting good practice and offering a fair and honest approach to business. We have the experience and expertise to deliver a quality service and attractive rental incomes for property owners.
Peace of mind for you
Unlike other student lettings agents, we don’t need your rent to pay our wages.
In line with industry best practice, your rent is held in a separate client account and the agency is protected by professional indemnity insurance. All deposits are protected by the DPS.
We collect your rent termly from students. We immediately pay you the full rent collected minus our fees. We don’t hold on to the termly rent and release it monthly. We never forget whose money it is. Your money and property are safe with us.
Increase your reach
Owned by Leicester and De Montfort Students’ Unions, and recommended by both universities, Sulets can offer you unparalleled marketing with direct, on campus access to over 20,000 students.
No one else can offer you this level of marketing for your property.
We believe in honest, transparent and fair dealing. Unlike most other agencies we make no secret of our fees and we won’t charge you extra for what some agencies call additional services.
With our Sulets Premium Service, once your property is let, you lease your property to Sulets directly and we take full responsibility for everything.
This means the rent comes directly from us, on time, every time. At just £11 per person, per week, with no VAT, hidden costs or extra fees, it’s looking good isn’t it?
