SUMMARY:MEES Exemptions: Get It Right\, Evidence It Properly\, Stay Protected
DESCRIPTION:We’re pleased to host this practical webinar in collaboration with our trusted partner\, Gareth Clarke from Talk Green Ltd\, to provide residential landlords with a clear understanding of the current Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES)\, the circumstances in which an exemption may apply\, and…..crucially…..how to evidence and register that exemption correctly. \nIt is free to join and open to both EMPO members and non-members.\nWe will walk through the exemption process from the initial EPC assessment through to recommendation analysis\, evidence gathering and registration on the PRS Exemptions Register.
