In 2016 EMPO will be offering an Action Packed timetable of landlord training seminars across the East Midlands. This week we hosted a Right to Rent seminar in Nottingham ready for the new legislation under the Immigration Act which kicks in on Monday. The next round of training seminars is on Thursday 25th February, these will be covering Legionella Awareness and Recent Changes in Landlord Taxation. Adeela will be sending out a newsletter next week with more information about these seminars.
